The challenge

A 20-year-old furniture house with a decade-old logo.

Verona Interiors had built a loyal customer base on craftsmanship alone, but the brand hadn't kept pace — a dated wordmark, inconsistent signage, and packaging that undersold the quality of the product inside it.

Research

Understanding what "luxury" meant to their actual customers.

We interviewed 14 existing customers and audited 8 competitor showrooms before writing a single brief. The pattern was clear: customers valued restraint over ornamentation — the opposite of what the old identity signaled.

Strategy & design

A quieter mark, a louder material story.

We rebuilt the identity around a minimal serif wordmark and a warm, materials-led color palette pulled directly from the wood tones Verona works with — letting the product carry more of the visual weight than the logo ever needed to.
