Terms of Service
1. Agreement to terms
By accessing this website or engaging Master Brand Creators for services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Services
Master Brand Creators provides brand identity, web design and development, marketing, and related creative services. Scope, timeline, and cost for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement.
3. Payment terms
Project-based work requires a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Retainer services are billed monthly in advance.
4. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, final deliverables transfer to the client for their intended use. Master Brand Creators retains the right to display completed work in its own portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise.
5. Revisions
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds, specified in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond that scope may be billed separately.
6. Limitation of liability
Master Brand Creators is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an active engagement with written notice, subject to payment for work completed up to that point.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
